Food preparation and presentation are vital to the success of any event. Knowing this, we offer several menu choices to satisfy all your needs.
Our Sit Down Menu offers a choice of three or four courses to specialize your event. With eleven entry selections, we are sure to entice every palate.
We offer two buffet menus sure to spice up the most casual events to the most formal affairs. Buffet 1 is a simple buffet that features the several main entrees and side dishes to tantilize every palate and includes a dessert table. Buffet 2 spices up the entree choices offered in Buffet 1. In addition, it adds an optional first course that can be served table-side or offered on the buffet table. Regardless of which buffet selection you choose, it is sure to be a hit at your upcoming event.
Our Picnic Menu is perfect for outdoor parties, picnics, and family reunions. With entree choices such as succulent roasted pig or bar-b-cue ribs, and side dishes, including corn on the cob and our homemade Cole Slaw, this menu is sure to please party guests of all ages.
Our newest addition to the menu are our Corporate Menus. We have developed menus perfect for your next office meeting. We offer a light start for breakfast including pastries, coffees, and juices to entice individuals to arrive early for those morning meetings. For lunch, you can choice between our convenient box lunches selections and a hot luncheon buffet perfect for all types of office meetings.
